In addition to meeting online using the Zoom app, we are now meeting in-person outside the church in the field area Sundays at 10am. We will be practicing social distancing and requiring masks (they will be provided if you need one). The fellowship hall use will be limited to those needing the mens’ restroom only. Refreshments and coffee will also not be served to limit any masks being removed. The service will be outside with limited shade so feel free to wear a hat or bring an umbrella! Stay safe and hope to talk with you and/or see you soon.
While we are planning on meeting together in-person, loving our neighbor means valuing the safety of our neighborhood, so we will continue to host our service online for those who prefer that method during the 10am service using the Zoom app (Download the Zoom app here). You can use either your computer or your phone to join along. Contact us for the meeting ID and we’ll help you get set up.
However you choose to join, we will cling to our faith in Jesus Christ, confident that His saving and transforming work in our lives is not dependent on anything we do during that 90 minute stretch. We are so grateful that our faith is so much more than a mere church experience and the opportunities for bible study, prayer, worship and mutual encouragement remain.
In the meantime, let’s remain committed to supporting each other. We hope you will be intentional in your efforts to check in with each other. Call each other. If it makes sense, get together one on one (while practicing social distancing). Pray together. Point each other to Christ.
Of course, many of the expenses of the church continue whether we meet or not. To continue to give, click ‘Give‘ from the menu above to give online.
We are confident that our God will see us through this season of life and we must continue to pray for healing for our world, leaders and community.
